Payment: We require full payment to guarantee an individual ticket reservation. For the dolphin watch we discourage reservations more than a week in advance. Please confirm a rate, date, and time when you make a reservation. VISA/MASTERCARD are accepted over the phone. We will accept cash in lieu of the credit card at departure and credit back the deposit if you wish.

Cancellations and Refunds: Full refund less $5.00 service charge for cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of the start of the cruise or tour.

Weather: We will not go out in dangerous weather. Rain is not dangerous and in the summer usually does not last long anyway.
